If unfortunately you want to cancel your order please do within 12 hours of placing the order 

If you cancel your order before the product is shipped we will refund the entire amount.

In case of COD we will confirm the order on call before shipping the product.

RETURN|REFUND POLICY

Our return policy is of 3 days from date of receiving product by customer. After that we won’t be accepting any returns. Product must be unused and in condition as received with original packaging

  We send product executing defect and damage check. If you receive damaged or faulty or wrong product than what you had ordered then do get in touch with us by sending an email at trarang112@gmail.com or WhatsApp @ 6362599247. We will initiate return. Once we receive return item, same will be examined and customer will be notified about it. Customer will receive a money refunds to the source of payment. We provide refund in 7-10 working days

EXCHANGE POLICY 

You can exchange your saree within 3 days from the time you received provided the saree is in good condition as it was revived neatly packed in its original cover 

we do not have pick up facility so the pick up will have to be arranged from your end with your own expenses.
